DELIVERY COSTS: All tangible items are shipped U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (within the U.S.A.) and U.S. Global Priority Mail (outside of the U.S.A.) The cost per shipment is based on the cumulative weight of each item ordered. There is no shipping charge applied to the sale of downloadable albums.
PAYMENT: We accept VISA and MC as the only form of payment at this time.
SECURITY: When you place your order, you are automatically connected to our secure server using SSL [40-bit] encryption. Your personal and card details are fully encrypted, and remain secure across the Internet and after they reach our credit card authorization center. Smoothjazz.com, Inc.'s e-commerce system does not store credit card numbers. You must re-enter new payment information each time you make a purchase from our store.
ORDERING: Prompts will appear on the screen at each stage of the ordering process and you may be asked to click on various boxes at check-out to place your order. You may make changes to your order at any stage before it is placed. These procedures guarantee protection of your rights given in E-Commerce Regulations. Once you place your order through this website you will have received an order acknowledgement by return e-mail. On this acknowledgement is your order reference which you can use when later referring to your order.
CONFIRMATION: You will see a confirmation page after you have placed your order. You may wish to print this page for your records. We will retain a copy of this confirmation.
GUARANTEES & RETURNS: Should your order of any tangible item not be satisfactory, simply contact us at orders@smoothjazz.com and return the item within 30 days in the same condition in which it was received. We will either replace the item or refund your credit card fully and immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please note that some of our products are made from natural materials, where some normal color variations may occur from the photo as it appears on your computer monitor. Our 30 day return policy is limited in the case of downloads since there is no way to return downloadable albums. Goods are offered for sale on this site subject to availability.
LANGUAGES: At present we regret that our facilities for accepting orders in languages other than English are limited. Confirmation of your order will be in English.
